Las Vegas Logo Design
One question that always pops up is "What makes a good logo and, can you make a good one?"
The answer is lots of things, and yes.
A logo makes your company look more professional to the consumer. It immediately identifies your brand, and over time it establishes a sense of quality and confidence people can expect whenever they see it. Logo design is not something that should be treated lightly. There is an actual psychology behind it, with relation to colors and shapes and how they make a person react, which in turn is how they view your company or product forever. Like the old addage goes, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. One should also think of the logo as the "identity" of the business or product. Many people have no idea when they see the word "NIKE" spelled out what it relates to, but they know EXACTLY what the swoosh is.
Not that all logos have to have a shape to be memorable, or work effectively, they just have to define the brand, which in turn defines the product or company. Thinkworx LLC Logo Design
This is a logo recently designed for "Thinkworx" and IT company based in Las Vegas. What the client wanted was an negative image, similar to the FEDEX arrow that is hidden in their logo . Well, with the name of Thinkworx, the first thing that pooped into my head was a lightbulb, literally and figurativly. So, there is a negative image of a lightbulb between the R and X in WORX, and the clietn was happy with the design. The color choice of blue implies a feeling of safe and secure.
Launch Marketing Communications Logo Design
This is a logo recently designed for "Launch Marketing Communications", a new company based in Las Vegas. Well, with the name launch, the first thing that popped into my head was a rocket ship. And, since an A already has that feel, my first instinct was to imply a rocket taking off. There are multiple colors because it is the kind of logo that doesn't have to be tied down to a singular color, it is iconic and can be used in Any situation with any color and still leave the lasting impression it is meant to. The font was chosen because of it's close relation to the font used by NASA.
Danger Kid Logo Design
This is a logo designed for "Danger Kid", a clothing company aimed at children. This is one of my favorite logos I have ever designed, it is pretty iconic and speaks for itself. Cartoony in a way, but being it's target audience it was done that way on purpose. The best part about this logo is it could be put on T-Shirts, hats, stickers, jean back pockets, etc... and still never lose it's branding. This was a lot of fun to do.
The Vegas Rake
This is a logo designed for "The Vegas Rake", a now defunct website that was built to advertise poker rooms in Las Vegas. the clients where very happy with the outcome, especially the $100 chip placed behind the logo. Again, one of my favorite projects to work on, and it came to me pretty quickly.

This is a logo designed for "Black Granite", a new financial services company based in Las Vegas.
Mfinite Magic Logo Design
This is a logo designed for "Mfinite Magic", a local magician based in Las Vegas. This design was primarily the task of getting an infinity logo to look like an M, not easy, but teh final result is pretty eye catching.
